Tyre problems and castles in the countryside.

Close... but
not finished yet.
"Annnnndddddddd, away we go!" Well, sort of. After
twenty miles, I hit a curb and destroyed the left front tyre on the car. While I
fixed it, Barry took photos and Diana got tea and scones. A half hour later and
we were on the way to Aberfeldy. We also stopped at some castles since the spare
was a full sized tyre and worked really well.

You have to remove all the luggage from the trunk to get the spare. |

These tyres just don't stand up to concrete curbs. |
 |

My hands will never be the same. We're talkin' serious dirt here.
|

No, I am not happy even though this looks like a trophy shot. |
|
|

Thank goodness we found ourselves next door to a charming little tea
room for Diana. |

Just to keep Barry amused, we are staying in cottage Dee. |

Diana asks if the restaurant is good. |

This is the only place open for dinner. |

Barry photographs all his meals. |

This is his. |

This is DJ's. (I had soup) |

|

I'm not entirely sure what is going on here. Given that traffic
comes at you fast, from the wrong direction, I think this is really
gutsy... or stupid. |

I am seriously tired from the drive. This takes a lot out of you
every time. You can stick this photo at the bottom of every page for
accuracy. |
