Waimea Canyon

This is the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific" and grand, it is. It is about 26 miles from Lihuie and as easy a drive as it is possible to have on the island. We went there on Thursday after picking Goldie and Herm up at the airport. We decided to get them really tired on the first day. It was cloudy but very nice and much cooler than the valley.
