In the contact sheet is our Chapter members, emails and phone numbers that I have. Please remember that they are confidential to the chapter, so please do not hand out to non-chapter members. If you check it out and have changes, please submit a Contact Information Questionnaire (submit will send it to me). Also in the Contact sheet workbook is the sign up sheets for our June events and our Guardian Angels and Mommy-n-me projects. Please email me if you want to sign up for any of the events.
